On the weekdays, I help members find the perfect industry group and contribute A/R aging data.
On the weekends, I spend time with my family, garden, and watch the Portland Timbers!
Shawna Axness, CGA
Member Service Rep
& Education Coordinator
On the Weekdays: You’ll find me walking you through the path to earning your designation or helping you with all your credit report and collection needs.
On the Weekends: You will find me on a trail searching for waterfalls or listening to live music at various venues around Portland.

Chelsie Carter, CGA
Account Executive
On the Weekdays: I connect businesses with the credit resources they need to manage risk and strengthen their accounts receivable. Whether it’s credit reports, collections, or industry groups, I’m here to ensure our members have the tools to succeed.
On the Weekends: When it’s warm, you’ll usually find me camping along the Coeur d’Alene River with my husband, our three dogs, and extended family. In the winter, I go full hibernation mode — napping, binge-watching favorite shows, cuddling all six pets, and surviving almost entirely on soup.

Collection Specialist
On the Weekdays: I spend my days attempting to make our NACM clients happy by recovering their receivables while letting their customers know how grateful we are their obligation has been met.
On the Weekends: Spend time with my Moose, Church and VFW families while serving and supporting each organization.

& Data Contribution Coordinator
On the Weekdays: I keep busy between Industry Group Coordination and Data Contribution for NACM.
On the Weekends: You will probably find me being a homebody or hanging out with my kids & grandkids.
Dennis Corey
Collection Specialist
On the Weekdays: I am a Collection Specialist with 23 years of experience. I work diligently to collect accounts and bring in the money on behalf of our customers through payments and creative payment arrangements.
On the Weekends: I go to the gym when I can (granted, it’s not as often as I used to go), bowl, and compete in tournaments. In the summertime, I garden, spend time with friends and neighbors, have dinner, drinks, and BBQ. I also help neighbors with their yard work to keep the area clean and manicured (within my sight of vision, haha).
Greg Garner
Vice President – Business Strategy
On the Weekdays: I serve as Vice President – Business Strategy & Collection Operations – lending more than 37 years of experience to strategic planning, sales and the collection agency team.
On the Weekends: You’ll find me on the beaches of San Diego, biking the boardwalk, playing guitar, seeking out great dining venues, travel getaways with my wife, and playing with our Pomeranian, Rikki.
Amanda Garrick
Graphic Designer & Marketing
On the Weekdays: I’m the behind-the-screen graphic design mastermind, crafting standout digital and print content for marketing. I may also be listening to podcasts.
On the Weekends: You will probably find me being a homebody, watching YouTube – learning new things, or listening to music.
Gena Hilsenkopf
A/R & A/P Specialist
On the Weekdays: I am an AR/AP Specialist working in the accounting department. I process all payments from our members, as well as payments received for collection accounts, and manage all outgoing payments to members, vendors and suppliers.
On the Weekends: I enjoy traveling with my husband, spending time with our two daughters, camping/exploring our beautiful home state of Idaho and I’ve been known to play a pretty mean game of corn hole & cribbage.

On the Weekdays: I am responsible for all the financial activity that we do and offer management reporting to help us make informed financial decisions.
On the Weekend: I enjoy spending time with my family.
Nicole Lewis
Sales Administrator
On the Weekdays: I am a Sales Administrator updating personnel changes for NACM members. I also assist Customer Service and the Data Contribution program.
On the Weekends: You will probably find me and my family at Farmer’s Markets, drinking a beer at a local brewery, or participating on a trivia team.
Kathy Linscott, CGA

Member Service & Operations
On the Weekdays: I am VP of Member Services & Operations, and some would call me a fixture here at NACM since I have been here for so long. I’m involved in various facets of our organization, thoroughly enjoying the collaboration with our members and the opportunity work with our exceptional team.
On the Weekends: I enjoy spending time with family and friends, whether it is an outing, dinner gatherings, playing games, or watching a TV series together.
Emily Marshall, CGA
Account Executive
On the Weekdays: I communicate with credit professionals and discuss various resources to help our members mitigate risk.
On the Weekends: You’ll find me throwing the ball for my pups or checking out a local spot with a cocktail in hand.
Kristen McBride, CGA
Senior Industry Group Coordinator
On the Weekdays: I am a Senior Industry Group Coordinator, handling the planning of 16 of our industry groups.
On the Weekends: In the fall, you’ll find me cheering on the University of Oregon Ducks football team. The rest of the year, I love to go to concerts for artists such as the Dave Matthews Band and Michael Franti.
Raul Mendoza, CGA
Account Executive
On the Weekdays: I am an Account Executive with 38 years of experience, dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring Members maximize their membership benefits. I also actively pursue new members and industries for NACM’s risk management support.
On the Weekends: I work with my family as a florist, working on weddings, showers, and church services. Also, for seven months of the year, I teach Catechism every Saturday morning.
Clara Nemeth, CCE, CGA
Account Executive
On the Weekdays: I am an Account Executive for NACM CS – selling our services and resources to our members all while growing the membership base, as well.
On the Weekends: You will find me either hanging out with friends, working on my house/yard, caring for my beautiful mom, and playing and feeding my awesome cat Ms. Marilyn Monroe.
Charlie Percival, CGA
Account Executive
On the Weekdays: I take an early morning HIIT class to get focused before diving into my responsibilities of supporting the current members in Colorado with solutions to their challenges and continuously prospecting for new members who need the resources, tools, and services we offer.
On the Weekends: I represent Bella Bead Shoppe at local Farmers Markets. I also like having fun adventures with my wife and two kids, and depending on the time of year, you might find me on the golf course, ski slope, or rooting on my hometown sports teams.

On the Weekdays: I provide support to the executive office and the board of directors, serve as a human resources representative, and manage the Portland office building.
On the Weekends: Enjoy spending time with my grandkids.

On the Weekdays: I oversee our Business Development area as well as conversing with members to learn about their needs and how NACM can help. I love speaking with our members!
On the Weekends: You will find me hanging out with family and friends, taking a day trip, attending a concert, listening to local bands, or just relaxing at home with the music turned up (mainly country, but do love some old-time rock ‘n roll!).

On the Weekends: You will find me hiking in the mountains of Southern California and during the winter months, officiating high school and college basketball.

On the weekdays: I’m a longtime Account Executive with NACM out of our Portland office, managing business relationships, driving sales, and collaborating with internal teams to provide the best customer service for our members.
On the Weekends: You’ll find me at home whipping up the latest and greatest Tik-Tok recipes while binge-watching true crime documentaries.
