The Credit Support Representative will assist in managing the credit and collections process, providing support to the credit team and ensuring smooth operations. This role involves handling customer inquiries, answering phones, setting up job accounts, processing lien releases, managing the department email mailbox, processing credit applications, processing customer payments, and generally delivering excellent customer service.

The Accounts Receivable Credit Administrator’s primary function is to post payments from Lockbox, ACH/Wire and other miscellaneous receivables. This role reviews the aging for all three companies weekly and makes the appropriate collection calls, documenting steps taken and works inter-departmentally to resolve all customer related issues. This position is also responsible for the following tasks: In-house billing corrections, miscellaneous invoices, broker comp adjustments, and month end reconciliations.

Contract Analyst supports the review, preparation, and administration of contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. This position works closely with internal departments and coordinating with outside counsel as needed to assist with contract drafting, tracking, and maintaining legal documentation, under supervision of Director of Credits & Contracts. While legal experience is preferred, this is a non-attorney position and involves regular engagement with legal documents and processes, requiring a foundational understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and compliance practices, as well as strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.

This person will administer, interpret, evaluate, and manage accounting systems and procedures to ensure timely and accurate payments and invoice processing. They will support monthly close, audit processes, and maintaining the appropriate level of internal controls to safeguard the operating company’s assets. They will lead teams in Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Tax, while collaborating with management and staff across various departments to achieve shared objectives.
